Many webmasters are willing to exchange links with one another so that they could produce more public awareness about their sites. You’ll soon see and feel the sudden upsurge of the traffic coming in to your site from other sites.

A major prerequisite in exchanging links with other sites is having the same niche or content as the other site. They should share a common subject so that there is continuity in the providing of service and information to what interests your target traffic.

Reach Your Goal Of 40 MLM Leads Per Day

The internet can either make you or break you. I can say that because I have learned the hard way.

Generating your own leads for you MLM or home business can be a very daunting task. Most likely, you have spent a lot of money due to inexperience in the industry. Or, like many, you were totally confused about the process of “lead generation.”

I am here to tell you it’s ok. It is so important that you are here now, and not giving up until you discover what works. So let’s dive in...

I have a laser-targeted process to bring 40-60 quality prospects to me every day, and I will walk you through that process.

Now I'm going to do my best to make this process as clear as I can. However, I urge you to seek a mentor that has achieved the results you desire and learn from them.

Here is my plan...

*First, you must establish your purpose for generating your leads. (The opportunity you are in, an affiliate product, your own e-newsletter, your own “about me” page, etc…)

*Second, you must create and post a lead “capture page” that is related to your offer. (This is a one page website that gives some free information in exchange for your prospect’s contact info.)

The lead capture page may include your own system and information or you may use a system another leader in your opportunity provides. So, I may put up my own capture page but I can also give my team a few different capture pages that include email “autoresponders” already set up for them.

Also, I DO NOT RECOMMEND using your company’s corporate replicated capture page. My experience has shown that they do not work!

When your lead has opted-in with their information, they will be redirected to whatever website you choose for them to go to. This site can be a page about your opportunity, a personal website, or a site with more information you think they could use

*Third, you must decide the tools you would like to advertise with. (articles, press releases, Google adwords, social media, etc…) I recommend using all of these.

Once you have decided upon an advertising strategy you are comfortable with, you must begin to place ads for your opportunity.

These ads will have a link to your lead capture page, and this page is where you will drive the traffic to. As you run your ads and flow traffic to your website, your leads begin to come in! And all of us want leads, right?

*Fourth, as these leads come in, they will automatically be added to your email autoresponder. The autoresponder is very important as your email messages through this system are the way you begin an ongoing relationship with your prospects. So be sure to remember this as you create the follow-up emails.

The emails should be following up with your prospects every two to three days. (or at least once per week) When you being to build solid relationships with your prospect list, they will begin to call you! Phone conversations are very important because they allow you to build trust with your prospects and they will want to sign up with your opportunity.

*Fifth, make sure to keep an eye on your traffic sources to see which advertising methods are working out.

*Sixth, keep track of your list on a regular basis. Your list is only valuable if they know and respect you as a leader in the industry.

*Seventh, repeat this process.

When you use this process over and over, it will consistently bring you hundreds of new leads every month, and eventually every week. Now what other industry has prospects call YOU? It really is that simple.

You must remember that one of the vital keys to generating leads is to know exactly where to place you ads, how to write them, and how to lay out your capture page. These elements will determine your ability to succeed!

The value of your ad copy is also crucial to success. You must be able to write persuasive copy, or outsource to someone with experience. If you believe you can achieve the skills of a master copywriter, then make copywriting courses at the top of your list of things to learn.

I have outlined everything I have learned the hard way over the past year. I have to tell you to be prepared to experience difficulties, frustrations, and even failures along your learning curve in this industry. Just hang in there. These experiences push you to achieve even more.

Once again, if you want to avoid 90% of the learning curve, find a mentor who has achieved great results, and learn from them!

3 Major Pages in Traffic Exchange

There are different ways to make traffic exchange work well for your online business. One great factor is which type of page you are going to show within the program. Surely, traffic will be directed to the page that you will show, but you must find a way to compel the viewers to take action in favor of your business upon seeing your web page. Here are 3 major types of pages that you will see when surfing within traffic exchange.

1. Direct Sales Page. This is a straightforward sales letter. If you are thinking about showing this within the program, you must consider the minimum time frame given per page. Though it is a sales page, the details must be very brief and direct to the point. You also need to offer an interesting yet inexpensive product in order to have a high probability of sales conversion.

Always consider that your viewers basically see your site to basically earn credits. They have a very short attention span. So if you want to use a sales page in traffic exchange, make sure that it is compelling enough.

2. Splash Page or Squeeze Page. It is common to see a lot of squeeze pages and splash pages within the traffic exchange program. The splash page is a one page web page that has a striking headline, a brief list of the benefits that people can get from your business, your photo and signature, and some simple graphics; having a link that directs to the main site. There are some who add audio and video to enhance it as it aims to briefly discuss your business, product, or service; just like how a television advertisement does to a certain product through the broadcast medium.

The squeeze page is almost the same with splash page except that it has an opt-in form where viewers can leave their contact details such as their names and email addresses. This is the best page to use in capturing leads and building a list. The smartest way to gather leads is to have a free offer within the page that people can get once they leave their details.

3. Web Site Home Page. You will also see a lot of home pages of the main web sites within traffic exchange. Once you do this, you simply want to drive traffic to your site. This is a direct way to generate traffic to your web site. This means your site will have a huge number of page views, which is one of the basic ways to have a higher page ranking in search engines

You have the freedom to choose what type of page you prefer to show within the traffic exchange program. You just need to determine your main goal in using traffic exchange as an internet marketing tool. You can choose to sell, to gather leads, or to just drive traffic to your site. There are many reasons for using a specific page within the program, and you know which would be best for your business. You can also try them all and see what would suit you best.

Traffic exchange is truly a great internet marketing tool. You just need to use it properly in order to get your desired results. You will also experience a lot more benefits within the program. You can take advantage of all of them and push your online business towards success through it.

Check if you have any advertising contact with other companies such as Google Adsense. There are some who discourage showing sites with ads to traffic exchange programs. It could possibly affect their advertisers, like when viewers just accidentally click on the advertisement on the page. The advertisers pay per click so they also need to be protected. If you have them, you might get banned from their program, as they do not encourage click exchanges.

If you do not have other advertising programs and you are wishing to generate traffic to your site fast, then you can proceed with traffic exchange and experience having huge traffic and all the other benefits it offers. These are two different internet marketing tools that you could use for your benefit, depending on your strategy. You better identify which you prefer.

You will surely generate traffic, which is the lifeblood of your site, through traffic exchange. This also opens the opportunity for you to endorse your business, capture leads, build a list, and start building loyal buying customers. Thinking about the quantity of traffic that you could get from it, you can surely have a huge amount.

On the quality of traffic, meaning having your targeted traffic, you simply need to make your page interesting enough, and grab the attention of your viewers. Provide an opt-in form in the page that you show within the program, where they can leave their contact details such as their names and email addresses. This is not so easy so you need to have some strategy with it. One strategy could be giving them a free offer that they can get once they leave their contact details. Free offers could be an e-book, a report, trial software, membership, newsletter subscription, or a sample product.

Traffic exchange has its own system. It goes by viewing other sites within the program, then gaining credits per page that you view. These credits are the actual amount of traffic that you drive to your site. You gain it in a form of a ratio, technically called the credit ratio. For instance, 3:1 ratio means earning 1 credit for a total of 3 page views. Then you assign these credits to your own sites to show them to other members within the traffic exchange. There are other ways to earn credits such as having referrals or downlines, and purchasing credits.

There are a lot of traffic exchanges to choose from. You can even join several programs at a time if you wish, but you must manage each account very well in order to reap good results out of all of them. Give time to surf each day, which could be at least an hour, and you will see the traffic increase fast. The best thing with traffic exchange is that you can join for free; experience its benefits without spending, but just giving time and effort

How To Add Video To Your Website Using YouTube For FREE!

Web Traffic,Website Design,Website Promotion

If the saying that a picture is worth a thousand words is true, you can only imagine how many words a video might be worth for your company and website, which is why using video on your website is an excellent marketing tool for your visitors.

If you have a product to sell or an item you would like to demonstrate, there is nothing better than doing this via video. Instead of your visitor having to read through a thousand words, you can describe your product item within the space of a few minutes, and lets be honest, watching a video is far more entertaining than reading.

With the invention of YouTube, the ability to add videos to your own website has now become a very cost effective method, in fact so cost effective, its free. Before YouTube we had to worry about making sure you could upload videos by your own system, then have some kind of conversion software to convert the video to Flash and then if the video was a big hit, we would have to start worrying about the excessive bandwidth on the server caused by the data load.

So, a few years ago we welcomed YouTube. YouTube allows us to host any of our clients videos and then include them on their own website, with the ability to set the size and style of the video, which makes video available to any of our clients, even those who have very little knowledge of how to do this.

The steps below will help you to include video onto your website –

1. Sign up to YouTube. Go to http://www.youtube.com/create_account and simply enter all of your details. Once you have done this, you now have a fully accessible YouTube account. If you already have a Google account you can usually use this to access your YouTube account.

2. Once logged in, click onto My Videos on your user menu in the top right hand corner. On the next screen, click onto New and then Video Upload.

3. Pay close attention to the next screen where you will need to enter the Title, Description, Tags and categories. This is how people may find your video on the actual YouTube site, so make sure you do pay attention to what you enter here. When done, click onto Upload Video and follow the simple steps

4. Once you have done this, locate your video and look on the right hand side of the page, and you will then see “embed”. Click onto the little wheel next to it to customise the look and size of the video. You will probably not get the exact colours for your website, but choose the closest. Remember to untick the “include related videos” as you do not want this on your site.

5. Once you are happy, copy the code which will look something like:

< *** object width="560" height="340">

<*** /object>

6. Paste this code into your website and either upload your page to your server or add it to your blog.

And there you have it. Your own videos, on your own site but hosted by YouTube. All they ask for is a logo on the video, but to most people that is a small price to pay when you think of how much money you are saving when it comes to hosting, uploading and converting videos

Why SEO Is So Important For Your Site And Your Business

Internet,Web Traffic,Website Promotion

SEO or Search Engine Optimisation seems to be a word branded and thrown around the internet, for which everyone needs to have some SEO completed on their sites or business are looking for SEO specialists to get them the illusive traffic that will convert to sales. But, when we look at SEO, just how important is it for your site and your business and what exactly does it mean?

Search Engine Optimisation almost explains itself in the title. SEO in its basic form of explanation is all about getting more people or visitors to your site through search engines and other referrals. Getting your search engine ranking placements higher (or your SERPs as the trade would refer to them) is what SEO is really all about, ranking and then improving upon your ranking placement for your chosen keywords.

SEO is mainly about experiences, willingness to learn and try new methods and most of all the time and patience to complete the many different tasks associated with a success full SEO campaign. I have often said before the SEO is about many different boxes, the more you tick the better you will do.

The basics are simple enough:

Make sure your site is optimised for the engines, including making sure you have good title, description and keyword tags in place.

Make sure all of your navigation is strongly structured and correctly working.

Ensure that your site has plenty of unique and well written content, no matter what you are trying to achieve, as content is the king when it comes to the search engines

Just by doing these three things you will already have the basics and starters of a good SEO campaign. But, this really is just the start and you will now need to move onto more proactive traffic getting measures, which consist of many different activities but are all based around SEO and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Some of these measures may well include:

Content Writing Link Building Press Releases Article Submission Social Bookmarking Blog Writing And Submission Pay Per Click Campaigns

And these are just a few things you can do for the SEO of your own website or business site. We can soon begin to see just how much hard work, time and effort is involved in running a successful SEO campaign, which if done correctly can be the difference between the success and failure for your website.

CPC And PPC - Why You Should Pay For Traffic Alongside Natural SEO Traffic

Advertising,Web Traffic,Website Promotion

Buying traffic has often been seen as an expensive and unnecessary way of generating traffic, with many people thinking that just having a good website will send you loads of traffic. Sadly, this is not the case; I really wish it were. Even the biggest and best websites, companies and brands pay for traffic, so why wouldn’t you?

Pay Per Click (PPC) or Cost Per Click (CPC) will often be dismissed by many new site owners, as they can think that a new website will immediately send them traffic. If you were to equate this to opening a new shop on the high street, you would just be hoping people come across you as they look for something else, if you do not pay for advertising. Hence, when a new shop opens the owner or owners will do a big marketing campaign, local papers and flyers etc.

If we then think about this for a site, you can not really just launch a site and expect people to find it. Good SEO should always be your main focus, and, in many years all of the good things you have done, like content, article writing, press releases and link building will not only pay off but see you riding high for your keywords.

But, it does take a long time to get there; there can be no question of this is you are doing things properly and ethically.

This is where PPC and CPC, or paying for clicks really can come in. For all of my clients, I recommend setting up a CPC campaign to last for at least a year. This means that whilst they and I are working on the SEO, building content and tailoring the site, they are getting traffic and hopefully making sales and finding out exactly how their market and indeed their website is working.

If you are bidding on top keywords, it can be very expensive, just like if you are going for top natural keywords in Google, it can be very hard to do. But with a little bit of thought and research, you can put together a range of CPC campaigns for a very low price. Some of my clients spend a pound a day on traffic and get quite a bit for that pound, and some spend 100 times this and also do as well.

It really depends on how much research you are willing to do. Look at your competitors, see what they are bidding on and then look at what you want to bid on. If you are selling LCD TVs, don’t bid on LCD TVs, start setting up small campaigns actually bidding on the exact model or make of the TV. You would be surprised how many people actually know what they are looking for and search exactly, meaning you can pick up this click for a lot less than bidding on something much more generic.

Never see CPC or PPC as you have failed to do things naturally. This will happen if you give it time. Simply see it as another form of advertising which if done correctly, is not only cost effective but very efficient.

How To Choose Your Keywords For Your Website

Internet Marketing,Web Traffic,Website Promotion
Choosing your keywords is a massive part of the whole SEO and online presence experience, but the same old question as to how to choose them effectively still gets asked on a regular basis.

Keywords are still very, very important to search engines, and even if they now have a little less impact on ranking, they are still a vital part of your website and something you must get right. A few of the older search engines used to rely on meta keyword tags and nothing else, but as the engines are now more advanced they do not generally just focus on this, but they do use your keywords in many different ways.

Keywords are used in your Title tags, description tags and your keyword tags, but they are also used throughout all of your content, links and many other factors. So, it is so important that you get this right, or at least you start on the right road forward as the keywords can be tweaked throughout the life of your website.

The main question we tend to get asked about keywords is how to choose them and what do we base our suggestions on. Although we use a variety of methods, the two basic methods, and arguably the most efficient, is to look at what your competitors are doing and to use a couple of the keyword tools currently on the internet.

Any company, website, product or service can benefit from making sure they are using the correct keywords on their website. It is quite usual to see websites where webmasters have failed to complete their tags or have just not really given a thought to the keywords they should use, but don’t forget, visitors find your website through keywords, so it can never be overlooked.

Keyword Tools

There are a few keyword tools on the internet, with our favourites being the Google Adwords Keyword Tool (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) and the paid version of Word Tracker (http://www.wordtracker.com).

For example, if you were selling property investments, you would type property investment into one of these keyword research tools. You would then be given a list of the keywords and the search volumes for each of them. Whereas it would take you a long time to rank top of Google for Property Investment, you can use the produced list to look for long tail alternatives and therefore focus on them.

Competitor Research

A good way of finding out about keywords, you could and possibly should be using is to take a look at what your competitors are doing. Simply choose a keyword, type it into Google and make a spreadsheet of your competitors and the Title, Description and Keywords they use in their tags. I would recommend doing this for the first ten results, or the first ten most relevant results if you only want to feature your competitors and not necessarily any website that is ranking.

If you do this for the top ten, you can then see straight away all of the keywords they are using, and you can then use this help plan your keywords, but do not copy them or simply duplicate them, use the information to try and capture the same search terms but mix in some of your own and use your own unique combinations.

The Next Steps

Once you have your data from the Keyword research tools and your competitor research, you can then begin to plan your keywords. As previously mentioned, you do not have to just focus on your main keyword. Use the research to pick out smaller, long tail keywords that are less competitive.

By doing this you might be appealing to less searchers, but you have more of a chance of ranking highly for the search term.

In my opinion, its better to come on the first page for a search term that might get 2,000 searches a month than page 20 for something that gets 20,000. All of the research you carry out will allow you to start aiming for some of the lesser searched keywords, whilst still making sure you are focusing on your main keywords, which will just take longer to get high rankings in Google for, if they are very, very popular and competitive.

You will then use your keywords for your meta tags, your content, page names, alt tags and linking campaigns, so it really does prove that the work you do now will be able to benefit many of your SEO challenges, meaning that keyword research is something you not only have to do, you have to do it from day one, even before you have launched your website.

Why hire a Freelance SEO Consultant

E-Commerce,Marketing,Search Engines

What are the main benefits of hiring a freelance SEO and what other points should you consider during your selection process?

Search Engine Optimisation or (SEO) refers to the process of improving the results of a given web site / page in the Natural (Organic or Algorithmic) search results, using both onsite and offsite elements. SEO is by nature rather an instinctive art that lends itself to being undertaken by an individual rather than individuals in a larger company. This article covers the main benefits of hiring a Freelance SEO Consultant and also touches upon other points that you may wish to consider during the selection process.

But First a Warning (or Why SEO Comes First) It is simply incorrect to assume that SEO is something that can happen after a site has been designed; SEO (if done well) should be considered during and after the design process as the SEO process will often dictate the navigation and structure and certainly the content of your site.

Another Warning (or Beware of Dishonest or Black Hat SEO) Search engines attempt to provide relevant results to their users in order to encourage the user to come back again and re-use the service. An SEO will optimise on page and off page elements to place the pages of the sites that they work for high up in the search results. Most SEO’s employ techniques that conform to the guidelines laid down by the search engines (this is sometimes called White Hat SEO); others attempt to trick the search engines with Black Hat SEO techniques. Unsurprisingly the search engines object to being tricked and black hat techniques can result in your site being banned. Other so called SEO’s simply attempt to dishonestly trick their clients into spending money on services that are essentially unhelpful or useless.

You can normally spot a dishonest or Black Hat SEO when they:
• Guarantee a #1 ranking, other than by employing Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising
• Claim that submitting to search engines still matter
• Claim to have a "special relationship" with Google, Yahoo or MSN
• Focus on Search Engines that no one uses any more
• Focus on keyword phrases that no one searches for, or those which you should achieve listings for anyway (like your company name)
• Refuse to let you know what they are doing, or how there efforts should help you
• Suggest SEO techniques such as doorway pages, domains with deceptive redirects, free-for-all links, link popularity schemes, or mass submitting your site
• Offer to sell you ownership of certain keywords

My No1 rule, is if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is, but now, back to the reasons why you should hire a Freelance SEO over an SEO Company: A Freelance SEO Consultant costs less than a SEO Company

There are a number of reasons why its more cost effective to hire a Freelance SEO rather than a larger company, these include:
• A Freelance SEO has low overheads compared to a traditional SEO company.
• A large SEO company is less able to scale down services to cope with smaller projects, where as a Freelance SEO needs smaller projects to survive.
• A large SEO company is likely to charge a standard monthly fee, a Freelance SEO can offer a bespoke service defined by the needs of the client.

The other reasons to hire a Freelance SEO Consultant Aside from the financial considerations there are a number of other reasons to hire a Freelance SEO over a SEO Agency:
• A Freelance SEO has to be good to survive and must achieve results to retain your business.
• A Freelance SEO is more likely to; care about your project, treat you with respect, return your calls and deliver the work on time.
• A Freelance SEO is not a small cog in a large wheel, they are less likely to be confined by outdated company guidelines, or made board by being handed the umpteenth link building project this week.
• A Freelance SEO is more likely to strive to leave a good impression, after all its their reputation that’s in the balance
